ICM INVITES CANDIDATES
The ICM seeks to source rightful and righteous leaders from all 112 wards in Ekurhuleni who will stand and successfully contest the forthcoming local government elections on 27 October 2021 as Independent Candidates (the list of the ward is attached hereto). These leaders must be best amongst their communities and meet the following minimum criteria.
1.
A good/devoted citizen and of independent mind;
2.
Humble and empathetic leader who is willing to listen and serve;
3.
Already recognized as a leader amongst their peers and the community they live in;
4.
Charismatic, influential and with ability to command respect;
5.
Have the ability to speak well and confidently;
6.
Making a positive contribution to their family, community and the country;
7.
Faithful and bear true allegiance to authority;
8.
Ethical and not be an accomplice to any form of crime, corruption and violence;
9.
Willing to be a member of ICM and abide by its constitution; and
10.
Academic qualifications will be an added advantage.
